- The copy was made by Riẓvān b. Meḥmed at the medrese of Ḥāccī Ḥasan in Istanbul between (?) Thursday 6 and the late forenoon of Wednesday (?, should be Sunday) 22 Muḥarrem 960 (23 December 1552 - 8 January 1553).
- A copy of the Arabic Qaṣīdat al-Maqṣūra by Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn b. Durayd al-Azdī (d. 223/837), with interlinear glosses into Turkish. Two illegible owners’ seals in f. 1a.
- Glazed white to cream paper; 10-12 lines; catchwords (lacking between 76b-80b); vowelled nesiḫ in the same hand throughout; smaller unvowelled nesiḫ in the interlinear glosses; headings and rubrics in red.
- The MS is bound, together with Or. 841 [1] - Or. 841 [2] and Or. 841 [4], in boards with leather backing and edges.
