- Ni‘metullāh b. Aḥmed b. Ḳāżī Mübārek er-Rūmī is also known as Ḫalīl Ṣūfī, a scholar who died in 969 (1561).
- The copy was finished by Yūsuf b. ‘Abdullāh on 12 Receb 1011 (26 December 1602).
- A Persian-Turkish dictionary. With an introduction in Persian and numerous marginal and interlinear glosses in Latin and Arabic script.
- Glazed white, occasionally pale yellow, green and blue, paper; the name of the author is written on the lower edge; 19 lines; catchwords; nesiḫ of calligraphic quality; a magnificent headpiece with floral motifs in gold, blue and red set in green borders and with title in black on a gilt surface in f. 1b; gold borders between blue lines in ff. 1b-2a; headings, rubrics, lines and dots in red.
- Bound in embossed brown leather with blind tooled insets with floral motifs in Oriental style.
