- Copied by different hands, the final part is signed by a certain Muḥammad [al]-Kumlawī [?] in 1134/1721, his signature is accompanied by a note in Ottoman Turkish
- Copyist note: (١٢٣أ) ثم الكتاب بعون الله الملك الوهاب والله اعلم بالصواب تمت التمام تاريخ سنه ١١٣٤
